Home Delivery Order Form

To help those who can’t get to our store due to the current Coronavirus Covid-19 crisis we have introduced an online order form and home delivery service. Please note this is not a complete online shopping system, however will enable you to order goods from our store using the secure form below. We will always endeavour to supply all the products you have ordered, however some products may not be available due to supply issues.

Note: You will be charged exactly the same amount for each product as you would pay in store. Our specials run from Wednesday – Tuesday and prices for your order are charged on the day of delivery, not the day of placing your order. Therefore there may be some variance in pricing of advertised specials.

Please see below a list of common questions and answers in regard to this service. Please note that we are offering this as a service to our community at this difficult time and we would ask you to understand that we will be doing our best to fulfil your order.

You can place an order using the online form below. To order we need to know your contact details, delivery address and obviously your order! We have divided the form into different departments to make it easier for you to order but also for our team to pick and pack you order. When listing the items in your order, please type each item on a new line ie:

Western Star Butter 500g
Full Cream Milk 2 litres
Greek Yoghurt 500g

When ordering please try to give us as much information about the product you want. As per example above Western Star Butter 500g, etc – If you are not concerned about the brand of product or exact size then please just describe the product – ie Yoghurt small tub, etc.

At this time we deliver to the surrounding areas of the following towns:

  • Korumburra,
  • Arawata
  • Jumbunna
  • Bena
  • Loch
  • Nyor

If you are outside these areas, pelase contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

We deliver to the Korumburra, Arawata and Jumbunna areas on on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

We deliver to the Bena, Loch and Nyora areas on Thursdays.

If you order is urgent and required outside of these days please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note we do not deliver on public holidays.

Your order will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will always endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, however please allow 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to receive your order. If this is an issue and you require your order urgently please contact us to see if we can make arrangements to get your order to you ASAP. Please check our delivery schedule above (what days do you deliver) to check when we deliver to your area.

Our delivery costs are:

  • 0 – 10km radius – $4.95
  • 10 km or more radius $10.00 (excludes existing Account holders).

For delivery outside of this areas, please contact us for details.

PLEASE NOTE: WE PREFER TO PACK YOUR ORDER IN BOXES, IF YOU REQUIRE REUSABLE PLASTIC BAGS A FEE OF 10c PER BAG WILL BE APPLIED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO NOMINATE YOUR PREFERENCE ON THE ORDER FORM.

The minimum order required for delivery is $50. If you feel your order is unlikely to be $50 or more, then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We require 48 hours notice to pick, pack and deliver your order. If you require an order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once we have picked, packed and totalled your order we will call you and take payment over the phone via credit/debit card.

NOTE: FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS.

Wherever possible we are minimising any contact in line with health guidelines. We will alert you by knocking at the door/doorbell and will leave your order where you can easily access ir or as described on your order form.

You are welcome to place and order and collect it from the store. We will pick, pack and have your order ready to collect. For orders of $50 or more this is a free service, for orders under $50 a fee of $4.95 applies.
